Recording Artificial Insemination for a Single Cow or Heifer

There are two ways you can record the transfer of semen. First, make sure you have the semen in your inventory. You can add semen to your inventory by click on the + Menu and clicking on the "Semen" link in the left column.

From + Menu


Select "Breeding" on the + Menu



Then select Artificial Insemination and fill out the form. 



Click "Save and Close" to be done. Click "Save and New" if you wish to apply usage to another animal. 

From Semen Inventory 


If you are in your Semen Inventory section, you can click the action menu and select "Add usage." 



From here you'll fill out the breeding form. 



Click "Save and Close" to be done. Click "Save and New" if you wish to apply usage to another animal.
