You can create a Sale Group to begin to track the expenses associated with a Sale in multiple places.
1. Click List for Sale in the + Menu.
2. Fill out the List For Sale Form. The Sales Group is what you will reference to follow the sale through the process. This is also what you will reference when you are looking at more than one animal for a sale.
1. Begin by selecting one or multiple animals from the My Herd
2. Fill out the List For Sale Bulk Action Form. You can assign the list price across the group or individually. Make sure to enter or select the Sales Group you wish to track the sale with.
** Note: The animals are not pulled out of your inventory until you've recorded the sale.
View Animals Listed For Sale
1. Click on the Mega Menu on the top left of the navy navigation bar and click on sales.
2. The first tab you see will show animals listed for sale.
3. The bottom section of the Sale Group shows animals listed for sale.
4. To record these animals as sold, you'd select them and click on Bulk Actions, Record Sale.
